Friday December 8th

11 a.m.   Pit Opens - Pit Parking
12 p.m. - 3 p.m. Truck Tech Process ( all must go through before practice )
3 p.m. - 6 p.m.  Truck Practice (draw for qualifying order by 6p.m.)
6 p.m. - 7 p.m.  PR & Media Hour
7 p.m.   Drivers Meeting (on track near pit entrance)
7:30 p.m.  Teams prepare trucks for qualifying (order by earlier draw)
8 p.m.   1st Round Qualifying (Top 20 locked & Impounded)
   ( We will qualify out the back pit gate, park on pit road)
   Mini-cups 30 Laps , Jr. Mini Cups 15 Laps
   BBQ & Music & Celebrity Auction
*****Drivers please have car cover or tarps for impound.
*****Pit selection to be determined by qualifying order.
 
Saturday December 9th

8 a.m.    Pits Open  (impound trucks released to teams)
8 a.m. - 9 a.m.  2nd Round Qualifying Tech ( must do before practice)
9 a.m. - 10 a.m. 2nd  Round Qualifying Practice & final for transfers.
10a.m. - 11 a.m. " Happy Hour " (Top 20 teams final Practice)
11a.m. - 12 p.m. Lunch Break  (Safety & Officials Meeting)
12 p.m.  Teams prepare Trucks for 2nd round qualifying.
12:30 p.m.  2nd Round qualifying ( Positions 21-30) (Pit selections)
1:30 p.m.  Spotter & scorers Meeting.
2:00 p.m.  Drivers Meeting.
2 p.m. - 3 p.m.  Legend Car Tech.
3 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Legend Car & Mini cup practice.
4:30 p.m.  Legend Car & Mini-cup drivers meeting.
   Last Chance race teams prepare for race.
5 p.m.   Last Chance Race or Races ( 1 race 20 Laps / 2 races 10 Laps)
   Top 2 or  Winner of each transfer.
6 p.m.- 7 p.m.  Autograph session ( Teams set up pit road )
7:00 p.m.  Opening Ceremonies
7:15 p.m.  Racing Begins
   Jr. Mini-cups 15 Laps (10 Minutes)
   Legend Cars 30 Laps (15 Minutes)
   Mini-cups 20 Laps (10 Minutes)
8:00 p.m.  Trucks lineup and driver intros.
