200 Laps - counting yellows - race must finish green white checkered. Once white is thrown if track is clear to the start finish or leaders are crossing it we will
complete.
Qualifying - 2 Laps. 1st Round ( top 20 locked
& impounded), 2nd round ( top 10 transfer to fill 21-30
starting spots, all to tech), Last Chance (2 transfer &
got to tech).
If we have a tie it goes to truck that qualified first. Qualifying order will go by a draw.
All trucks must go through tech before practicing.
Each truck must supply a scorer.
There will be a spotter area and you must furnish your radio frequencies at tech on Friday. Must have bold # on uniform in area. We will use a dry erase board to show you lineup changes or if go to rear.
Start of race - Flagman will start race at line coming off turn 4, you are to be side by side and no passing till you cross the start finish line.
Restarts - Lead lap
trucks to outside, lap trucks to inside. Lap trucks are to be courteous.
We will do our best to determine the restart order for those lapped trucks. No passing to the left until you cross the start/finish
line. There may be a lucky dog rule in effect. That will be announced at the event, and how it will work.
No racing back to cautions !!!!!! Scoring goes back to last completed lap.
When caution is displayed slow as soon as possible, look for pace truck and get in single file. One the pace truck has picked up the leader, the pass by the pits will be open.
There will
be a flagman there, so watch for it. Spotters need to be on there toes. If you pit to early you will start at end of the longest line. Lead lap trucks first time by pits, lap trucks second time by. We will
allow proper time for pitting and lineup setting. We will try to make as quick as possible to avoid to many yellow laps.
If you bring out the caution, and we feel it was intentional you
will be penalized 1 lap.
Truck or trucks causing the caution go to the rear. Judgment calls will be made when seen clearly. If not or deemed racing incident both will be sent to the rear.
If a Red comes out , you are to stop as soon as safely possible. There can be no working on the trucks on the track or in the pits during this time. Laps begin to count once the yellow is
redisplayed.
Crews will set up pits during the autograph session
6-7 Sat night. Pits will be chosen by qualifying order. All
fuel will be kept in a center safe spot till 1/2 way stop.
Please have your jugs marked with #.
Top 5 after
race to front stretch. Crews stay away from trucks, except for photo. An official will direct from there. 6-10 do not load up till top 5 are cleared.
Payoff will occur once all tech is complete.
