Planning Meeting Set

The meeting for the Charity Truckers 200, to organize a group to help with the event is set for Monday night June 18th.

This will help with most scheduling conflicts indicated. If you can be there it will be so greatly appreciated.

We will be meeting at the A & W Rootbeer Rest. in Old Town on HWY 192 in Kissimmee, Fl.

The time will be 7:30 P.M. and we will try to keep the meeting to no more than 1 1/2 hours. I know this will make it tough on a few but I just ask you to do the best you can to come and help us plan this great event. Bring your ideas and your thinking caps.

You will hopefully get to meet the Helmick family and baby Kaleigh. They plan to attend as long as everything is ok with her health.

I thank you in advance, and if you can't make it please let me know and what you can help with and we will work you right in to the plans.
